Thank you all for supporting Pack 874 with our Popcorn Fundraising Drive!
Don't forget to wear your uniform, deliver your popcorn promptly, and thank your customers!
Show and Sale Dates and Locations
As will be mentioned at the pack meeting, in order to have a successful fundraiser this year,
we are recommending that each boy commit to at least four hours of a "Show and Sale."
Please try to pair a younger scout with an older scout. The older scout can handle the
money while the younger scout closes the sale. Please view the Current Schedule to see available time slots or times
have you already chosen. Please email the Popcorn Kernel
to sign up.

Remember...We Are Selling Scouting, NOT Popcorn!
Memorize It:
"Excuse me sir/maam, my name is ___. Im with the local Pack 874, of Glenmar Church.
Were raising money for our pack by selling popcorn. You can help us by trying some
of our deeeeeeeelicious popcorn. Youll help us, wont you?"
Why Is This Speech Important?
It shows politeness, friendliness, sense of community, and responsibility. Asking for
support informs the customer of how they can be of service to you, the unit, and community.
Its harder to say no to someone who is asking for help vs. buying popcorn.
